14-17's will be 2 days.

18's - Empowered Sports Complex

1. If we have 12 or more teams entered in a division, it will be a two-day event and $400.  Currently, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17s are over that number, with only 13s right at 12.  The other ages are significantly over 12.

2. This is a Hoosier Bid event.  This means your team must be USAV, and the goal of the event is to award bids for the national championships of USAV.  You are not allowed to turn down a bid, and you MUST be sanctioned by USAV.  If this is not for you, please let me know and I'll drop you from the event.

3. Teams are not guaranteed a minimum number of matches.  (No team will play less than 2 matches).  If you are using this event as a play date, this probably is not the right event.  Teams in the 2-day divisions are not guaranteed to advance to Sunday play.  If that is the case, they would be refunded $200.  This would be the only situation that teams would be refunded because of number of matches played. 

4. In this event, you cannot forfeit consolation games because we do need to play-off divisions because of trickle down bids that will need to be awarded.

5.  In previous years, 13-17s were awarded at least one National, one American, and one Freedom bid.  12s were awarded one National and one American, and 11s were awarded one National bid.  This year it will be one 11 AMERICAN bid, 12s will be one National and one American, and 13-17s will be one National, one American, and TWO Freedom bids.  I would also expect that there is a better chance to be reallocated a second American bid, but that is by no means guaranteed.

This year's Hoosier Region Bid Tourney will be using Advanced Event Systems for its registration process. AES will be the website that is the choice of USA JN Girls Championship, National Qualifiers, Regional’s, and many other events throughout the country.

1. Go to Advanced Event Systems to register your team and club.
2. Click on Create Account if you are a new user. If you already have a username and password, skip to step 4.
3. Next, fill out the Club Director info, creating a username and password and making sure to keep your username and password in an accessible spot for future use.
4. Enter your username and password and login.
5. Once logged in, add players & staff by clicking on the appropriate link. 
6. Click Teams – add teams
7. Enter events – you will build your roster after you select the event, division(s) per team – then click BUILD ROSTER.
8. Click on continue.
9. Check the entry form box and click print entry form.
10. Print form, sign, and send in with check or credit card information to Capitol Sports Center, 1915 Gladden Road, Plainfield, IN 46168.
11. Make sure that rosters for each team gets updated by the roster deadline date!

The Capitol Sports Center staff will send out broadcast emails to inform you of other information and steps as they come available.

11-17's will be held at Capitol Sports Center and 18's are TBD. You must register on AES to be entered into event. This is a one or two-day event based on the amount of entries with the registration deadline of 2/18/2025.

13-17s – 1 National, 1 American, 2 Freedom

12– 1 National, 1 American

11s – 1 American

• If your team is entering the Bid Division, you need to make sure that you check out www.indianavolleyball.org to fulfill all requirements of qualifying for Nationals.
• Any team entering the Bid Division is playing for a bid to Nationals. Any team turning down a bid is subject to sanctions from USAV and the Hoosier Region as stated in the Qualifier Manual.

Most playing sites in Indiana will be charging a facility use fee for the 2025 season.
