TO THE WELLNESS CENTER!
Capitol Sports Wellness Center offers more than you would expect from a gym. With an in-house Massage Therapist, qualified Personal Trainers and Nutritional Counseling available, the Wellness Center is your place for health! A cardio workout facility with Cardio Theatre provides entertainment and motivation while burning away those calories. A state-of-the-art weight room with both machine and free weights allow members to bulk up, tone down or strengthen those muscles. A personal weight room is also available.
