| We would like
you to join us for some strong, competitive volleyball in Indianapolis,
Indiana. The Midwest Cup is open to all USAV registered junior volleyball
clubs and will offer competition in the following age divisions:
Girls 18s, 17s, 16s, 15s, 14s, 13s & 12s.
The primary sites of this year’s Midwest Cup will be Capitol
Sports Center. Air conditioned courts will be utilized along with
outside sites if necessary. These outside sites will all be located
no further than 20 minutes from the Indianapolis Fairgrounds.
We ask that you complete and return your entry form with your
entry fee by June 4, 2007. Upon receipt, you will receive verification
of entry along with any other pertinent Midwest Cup information. We look
forward to your team’s attendance and participation in the
2008 Midwest Cup.

REGISTRATION
This year's Midwest Cup Tournament will be using Advanced
Event Systems (formerly TIVA) for its registration process.
AES will be the website that is the choice of USA JOVC Girl's
Championship, many other qualifiers (including MHMEQ) and regional
tournaments around the nation for registering teams.
1. Go to Advanced
Event Systems to register your team and club.
2. Click on Add Club if you are a new user. If you already have
a password and username, skip to
step 4. If not, fill out the club info and hit the submit button.
3. Next, fill out the Club Director info, creating a username
and password and making sure to keep your username and password
in an accessible spot for future use.
4. Enter your username and password and login.
5. Click on Staff, then "Add New Staff." Enter the information,
and hit the submit button.
6. Click on Players, then "Add New Players." Enter the
information, and hit the submit button. Repeat for all players.
7. Click on Teams from the list on the left.
8. Click on Add New Teams, enter info, and submit information.
9. Click on your new team, and then on "Add/Update Staff."
Click on "Add New Staff" and choose from the pull down
list the available names and hit submit.
10. Go back to "Teams," click on the selected team,
and then on "Add/Update Team Players." Choose from the
pull down list of available names and hit submit. Continue until
all team players are added.
11. Click on "Enter Events." Hit the "Register"
button for the weekend of Indy Cup that you are wanting to play.
12. Select the division from the pull down list that you wish
to enter your team and click on "Register Teams."
13. Make sure you update your results under the results section!
14. Print off the Official Hotel Rooming List form and BRING TO
CHECK IN!
15. The Capitol Sports Center staff will send out broadcast emails
to inform you of other information and steps as they come available.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
The following rules and regulations will be in effect for the
Indy Cup Championships.
The Tournament shall be composed of the following divisions:
Girls 18 & Under Open & Club
Girls 17 & Under Open & Club
Girls 16 & Under Open & Club
Girls 15 & Under Open & Club
Girls 14 & Under Open & Club
Girls 13 & Under Club
Girls 12 & Under Club
OPEN & CLUB DIVISIONS
The format will be the same format as has been the traditional
wave format of most multi-day events. Competition for days 1-2
will be comprised of pool play. Teams will typically play three
matches per day during pool play. Day three teams will be guaranteed
only one playoff match.
WHAT TO BRING
Player’s USAV medical release forms - These forms must be
in the coach’s possession for competition and the responsible
adult when chaperoning the team at all other times. You must be
able to immediately produce these documents in case of an emergency
or a team protest.
The coach/club representative will receive playing schedules and
other tournament information. The coach/club representative will
verify team roster and uniform numbers. Once verified, the roster
will be in effect throughout the tournament.
OFFICIALS
Up officials will be provided for all matches. Teams will have
to provide a 2nd referee, 2 line judges, a scorekeeper and a scoreboard
operator. Failure to provide the complete officiating crew for
your assigned matches could result in the forfeiture of the first
game of your next match.
OTHER INFORMATION
Standard 2008 USAV eligibility rules will be used for this tournament.
