REGISTRATION

This year's Hoosier Mini Tour will be using Advanced Event Systems (formerly TIVA) for its registration process. AES will be the website that is the choice of USA JOVC Girl's Championship, many other qualifiers (including MHMEQ) and regional tournaments around the nation for registering teams.

1. Go to www.advancedeventsystems.com and click on create a new account.  Click on create club director and fill in all appropriate fields.
2. If you have already created an account, fill in the username and password in the top right hand corner. 
3. Click on clubs.
4. If you haven't added a team yet, click on add team.  If you have skip to step 6.
5. Fill in appropriate fields and click update.
6. Click on enter Events.
7. Change location to Indiana.
8. Click on appropriate event.
9. Scroll down and click on register teams
10. Change each team that you plan on entering to an appropriate pull down division (14 open, 16 club, etc...)
11. Click on continue.
12. Check the entry form box and click print entry form.
13. Print form, sign, and send in with check or credit card information to Capitol Sports Center, 1915 Gladden Rd., Plainfield, IN  46168.
14. Make sure that rosters for each team gets updated by the roster deadline date!
