What makes P.A.S.S. different?
Our program is developed around the need of the
athlete and the sport in which they play.
How would you like to jump higher?
Our goal at P.A.S.S. is to work with athletes on
improving and understanding how to be quick and
agile on the volleyball court, how to jump
higher and most importantly, how to keep their
body equally strong. While strength is
important, one must understand how to develop
the body of a volleyball player so that there is
no loss of arm and shoulder flexibility, but yet
is equally balanced to prevent the shoulders to
hunch forward, the low back to get tight, or the
hamstrings to be weak. PASS has worked with
volleyball players from the junior high level to
the college level. So if moving quicker on the
court or jumping higher for those blocks is
important to you then the P.A.S.S. program is
right for you.
