Would you like to jump higher?
Our goal at P.A.S.S. is to work with athletes on
improving and understanding how to be quick and
agile on the volleyball court, how to jump
higher and most importantly, how to keep their
body equally strong. So if moving quicker on the
court or jumping higher for those blocks is
important to you then the P.A.S.S. program is
right for you. |
