Kathy Anderson

14-Purple Assistant Coach

Kathy graduated from Indianapolis Lutheran High School. While playing volleyball, basketball, and softball during high school; volleyball became her passion. Kathy continued to play volleyball and softball in college at Concordia University in Ann Arbor, MI where she earned her Secondary Education degree with a major in Physical Education and a minor in Physical Science. Although she coached during college, her teaching career began at Metro-East Lutheran in Edwardsville, IL before coming to Indianapolis in 2001. She became the head volleyball coach at Indianapolis Lutheran in 2002 and her teams have earned 8 Sectional Championships, 3 Regional Championships, 2 Final Four Appearances, 1 Semi State Championship, and 1 State Runner up.

Although Kathy enjoys sharing her passion for volleyball with others, her pride and joy is her husband and two sons. Kathy is also an Independent Distributor for Premier Designs High Fashion Jewelry.
