As a high school athlete Kara garnered eight varsity letters volleyball (4), Basketball (3) and track (1)... finished her high school career with 1,100 kills and was a three-time Indianapolis Star All-Metro East performer, four times she was named all-city by Marion County Coaches of Girls Sports Association and participated in the Indiana All-Star game after garnering a First Team All-State nod as a Senior.
Currently, Kara is a sophomore defensive specialist for Nationally ranked University of Indianapolis.
