Jim will be entering his 10th year as a coach at Circle City. He first started coaching to help pay for his daughter's club fees and has enjoyed being involved ever since then. Volleyball became a passion for him during the 1984 Olympics. He recognized then that it was the truest of team sports.
It is Jim's belief that anyone that plays and understands the game of volleyball will have an advantage in life. He states, "We are on this earth to help each other. The game of volleyball prepares your daughters to handle teamwork in every dynamic.
